Exercise Update

Tommorrow will be day 18 of exercising. I haven't given up yet, which is surprising. For the first two weeks, I avoided the scale. I was worried if I weighed myself and I hadn't lost any weight, I may get depressed and give up. Unfortunetly, I did end up weighing myself and I hadn't lost any weight. So, my new rule is: No weighing myself until a month has past.

I've got 72 days left to go. So far so good. Hopefully I won't get sick anytime soon.

Oh yeah, push ups are still evil. The lunges and squats don't hurt as much as they did at first. I just have absolutely no upper body strength. I have had a lot more energy since exercising. I hope I can keep this up.

Keep posting about exercising. Today I almost feel like doing some. No commitments yet, but you are encouraging me. I definitely like the sounds of more energy.

Wow, good job. I know it is so frustrating when you don't lose weight on the scale. I am a scale addict. I weigh myself three times a day sometimes to see if a particular meal has added any. It's ridiculous I know. I'm working on just eating better right now (not doing particularly well) then will get back to the gym. Trying to keep my weight off that I lost in Europe. We'll see how that goes. Good Luck. Keep it up!
